Jason brings a wealth of experience in managing and developing intermediary relationships across national mortgage networks, large DA firms and mortgage clubs. With more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, he is excited to be working with Hodge’s intermediary partners in the South.
Donna has 12 years of experience within financial services, spending eight years as an adviser before making the transition to a business development manager in 2015. Donna worked within the specialist mortgage market, and is a firm believer that service is key to building relationships. She will support brokers across the north of England.

James joined the team at Hodge in Nov 2019 and has spent more than 20 years working in the financial services industry. James prides himself on providing the highest level of support for his intermediary partners, helping them find the right solutions for their customers. James is responsible for advisors across South Wales and South West.
Business Development Manager - M4 Corridor & South
Brad joined Hodge in March 2019. Brad has over 20 years’ experience with both mainstream and specialist lenders across the Residential, Buy to Let and Specialist arena. Brad will be looking to grow and nurture the brokers along the M4 Corridor and down to the South coast.

Abenaa joined the team in October 2017 and has over 5 years’ experience across intermediary support and relationship management.
